Ottimo, senza interventi invasivi su antiche radio a valvole si può aggiungere la modulazione di frequenza sfruttando la sintonia in onde medie del ricevitore stesso. Facilissimo da istallare, bastano 4 saldature e , eventualmente, da configurare. Dispone di un led multicolore per l'indicazione sia in normale funzionamento che in programmazione. Non ultimo la possibilità di ripristinare l'ascolto delle onde medie semplicemente togliendo alimentazione al convertitore tramite un interruttore.
