Doll was broken, not functioning as advertised. Contacted seller, but since the doll was not in original packing anymore (of course….) they would not accept a return.

We wrote & told you our policy & offered a partial refund because the doll was taken out of its original packaging. There are several reasons why we cannot offer a full refund. The first reason being that the doll could have been tested still in the package. Maybe you broke it or you wanted to exchange the doll from ours for yours. You can accept the offer or turn it into Ebay with your complaint. We'll accept their judgement. You never did file a complaint, so we assumed we were right.
