This is the risk you run-- there will be one person who thinks eBay is Amzn and doesn't understand Feedback is used by eBay to set fees and when the seller gets paid. I would have happily refunded purchase but instead buyer left this feedback as a review. Now this is the ONE feedback you'll look at. I've sold over 250 items this year after a lay-off which is what's driving my sales. If one of the 13 (!) disks had a problem he could have contacted me, all this for a $30 item.
