    I filed for an exchange and got a very nasty message from the seller telling me I didn’t follow his protocol. How in the world do I know his protocol? I only know Ebay’s protocol. I don’t think it had anything to do with protocol. I think he was angry. I was putting in for an exchange and it was only for a different size and color. It wasn’t even a return. I’ll throw it in the trash before I deal with him again.
