Item described as including a care kit which the seller made right by refunding the cost but it also stated that the item "played nice" it did not, it needed to have a couple of pads replaced and a couple keys adjusted. Although I did not expect a new item, I certainly expected the item to play as indicated. The was did respond to the missing item quickly and I was able to fix the pads with a kit from Amazon.
