I ordered a set of three Polly Pocket Pet Connects. Two of them were perfect, but one of them was different from what had been listed. I contacted the seller, but was offered no apology or explanation, just a return. The experience was not great, because although the seller was communicative, they were not very empathetic. I did not accept the return because I would have lost a voucher I had used, but I was not completely satisfied with the outcome.

when you first complained you made it clear you weren't happy so i told you to return item, then you started asking for a partial refund more than once i took eBay's advice and offered a return only you accepted the return then candled when you saw you weren't getting money for the voucher which had nothing to do with me.
