The item arrived undamaged, but if a professional company was used, they did the seller a disservice. Shipping was very fast. Though the item was as pictured, I did not believe the item was coming in a flimsy plastic frame. Had I known that, I would have bought the unframed item from the seller and framed it myself. The item was good value, I just prefer a heavier duty frame with glass not plastic.
