    I understand your disappointment in our listing error and being out of tock as only had 1 lot of 97 pads to sell, not 12 lots as I mistakenly listed. Please remember that you placed your order right after I was away on a vacation and did not know of the problem until I got home and tried to ship your order. I then fully refunded your order the same day- not a week later. As noted above I was away when you placed your order and this was noted by eBay and I also wrote you at the time.
