        Initially, the seller sent the wrong item. I was so disappointed and somewhat miffed. I contacted her immediately, she acknowledged the mistake and immediately moved to correct it. She refunded the incorrect purchase, expedited shipping of the replacement and offered a discounted price. Not only that, she included a note in the package, apologizing again for the mix-up. Mistakes happen; she dealt with it in a most professional way. And, I absolutely LOVE the dress, as I hoped I would!
