      The truth is: The buyer received the product and said that the item didn't work. We asked the buyer to take a video to see what was going on, but the buyer refused.Due to the company's rules, a video check is required when the item didn't work, without video we can't resend the replacement. In order to avoid more conflicts, we decide to give the buyer refund, but the buyer insisted on sending him a replacement and has been trying to irritate us, even worst, he kept insulting us with slang.
