If new why was the basket out of the box. Doll was not attached to box. One of the bows on the braid was off. Dolls is super dusty &the hair is messy. Contacted the seller for a return and refund, they ignored my return request and said to give them a few days to refund me bc they weren’t making any sales. Doll was not worth the price. Shipping took long. Be aware!
