        A product that I was desperate to acquire, so I purchased it. However, the retailer was very unhelpful in regards to collection. Whilst they may claim to be a retail outfit, they do not keep retail hours. Which makes it very difficult for those of us who work! They were insistent that I collected on a Monday afternoon before 6 pm, knowing that I lived some 70 miles away, even after I offered to wait for a more mutually acceptable collection date. However, they did refund my monies promptly

        This is absolute nonsense we are usually available for collection during business hours if we are not busy. Buyer failed to pay for item and did not suggest a day or time to collect, he had no intention to collect the speakers. Another time waster, Ebay is full of messers worst place to sell items.
