I sent a message that was ignored, just asking to be careful with the second, not a refund. As stated in the first review, the package was well done and undamaged, so I feel he didn't care to check for damage before shipping or just doesn't care. Both copies have a damaged corner. The second copy has 2 broken prongs that hold the disk
