Whilst they may claim to be a retail outfit, they do not keep retail hours. Which makes it very difficult for those of us who work! They were insistent that I collected on a Monday afternoon before 6 pm, knowing that I lived some 70 miles away, even after I offered to wait for a more mutually acceptable collection date.
