Seller states that it is refurbished but the chair neither clean nor some parts like seat pad was new. Unfortunately, I had to clean the chair, maintain it myself and order a new seat pad. I am not sure what you mean by not packaged as we bubble wrap our chairs and have double walled custom boxes made for our chair We also clean and repaint our chairs. We do not remove the mesh to clean the frames as u have as the mesh will not stay in the frame if that is done due to the screw holes we are happy to help if u reachou

The only difference is the picture shows an older version that uses rotating wheels to lock the arms, vs latches, which is an update that comes with the newer or remastered version of the chair. Just an FYI if your expecting it to be exactly as pictured. Should I need anymore of these wonderful chairs I would most definitely purchase them from this seller.
