Reviewing his negative feedback I see many instances of him ripping off customers. I opened the box in the view of my security camara and unlike his ever changing claims/lies, there was no bubble wrap and no pivot, in the box were two rods& part of the rod mount which had been attached to the pivot that he kept (weird).There is something wrong & dishonest with Jeff!Reply from: secondhandstory- Feedback replied to by seller secondhandstory.- Feedback replied to by seller secondhandstory.Sir, you first messaged me claiming none of the attachments for the kick down linkage were in the box. When I immediately responded I had taken the linkages off & packaged safely & separately in bubble wrap you doubled down claiming they weren't. An hour later claiming it was all there except the 1 part you told me you needed at the time of purchase. I accepted your return & immediately refunded you. Does anyone reasonable person think I would keep the 1 part you wanted & risk my reputation? WOW
