      There was an error on my part with the listing. I did put 12 in and it was 16in. It was not smaller but bigger. When I saw the message the buyer agreed to that I would refund the $10.00 due to the listing error It was sent right away. I wish the purchaser would have contacted me before leaving the negative. I have good ratings. Sometimes things happen. I did apologize for the error
