    Not in "new condition" as described however in good condition. There were some loose parts that were easily reattached. FYI to anyone who reads these comments, a collector considers "new" to mean MIB, factory, off the shelf condition. If used by vendor it even in safe display then becomes used but can still be described as "good" or "very good +" condition.
