Courier did not respect the delicate nature of the enclosed content despite 3x “Handle with care requests” on the packaging.Reply from: danntum43- Feedback replied to by seller danntum43.- Feedback replied to by seller danntum43.I am sorry to hear you was not 100% happy.As the item was new sealed in a box I was not aware there were any batteries,if I knew that I would have removed them anyway. I never send items with them as I have had parcels stopped previously for containing batteries. For the courier side, all I can do is apologise, I marked the item as fragile, this is the problem with the eBay simple delivery, the option of courier is down to the customer not myself! I would have sent with Royal Mail not Evri.
