That is what our mailman does too and it infuriates me that they can't walk up 3 steps to a covered porch. I am just so sorry that your Freebird box got messed up, but I'm really glad the boots were ok. Thank you for the heads up. I will enclose the interior box in a trash bag before I put it in the exterior box for any future Freebirds I sell. I have a few listed right now and I plan to list a few more so happy shopping!
