The shirt appears to be molded according to dry cleaners. I assume the shirt drew moisture in the plastic. The shirt was very nice. Measurements provided were not correct. I tried to reach an agreement. The seller told me no returns accepted. My suggestion is check everything with the item. Ebay approved your return and I was more than happy to refund you the cost of the item once you shipped it back to me which you were not willing to do because you didn't want to pay for return shipping.
