In this instance, the seller marked the item as shipped. I waited a week to go by before noticing there was no package movement or acceptance. I messaged the seller, received no response, later that day was the acceptance scan. There was no support for the bobbleheads and all 12 bobblehead boxes came in damaged. Seller does not communicate well whatsoever. Horrible customer service. The price was a good price point but you can tell that the seller just doesn't care about the customer but more so the sale.
