When I contacted them and asked for a partial refund to cover the cost to repair. Their reply was: "You would escalate the return to review for ebay, and they would take about 2-3 weeks to confirm the details and provide a return label, that will either be provided by ebay, me, or need to be paid by you based on what they rule." Who has time for that bureaucratic hassle?
