Item was sufficiently packaged, however the seller had not shipped the item after I had paid for the item for four days. I contacted the seller and only then was I provided a tracking number. I am mostly a buyer but also have sold items on eBay and I always get the item shipped within a day, not more than 2 days. Buyers expect that.
