      Item was in good condition when received so it was packaged well and properly described in the listing. The price was great. The shipping was ridiculous but it's also a heavy sub and not as issue with the seller. USPS lost the package for almost two weeks but the seller went above and beyond to figure out where the package was and kept in touch the entire time. Seller was incredible and would buy from again if given the opportunity.

      The item was damaged by FedEx not due to the Sellers fault. It was packaged well and had adequate foam. Just not good enough for the abuse FedEx gave it. The seller was responsive through the whole process and overall handled it in a satisfactory manner. I recommend this seller.

      Works perfectly! The seller even found a way to reduce the shipping cost for me, so it was worth the money. Packed very well and works as described. The top of it was a little beat up, but functionally it's perfect.
