But the seller would not grant my request because it would affect their rating. It was sent Royal Mail tracked and I requested a redelivery date. This is not guaranteed and Royal Mail left it out side my house for 5 days where it got wet. Luckily it’s dried out with no damage. I was disappointed by this so reached out to the seller who offered to send out a new box for free as a gesture of good will. I accepted this but since then I've had no box of books and no replies to my messages.. it has now been over a month!!
