      The product was as described and I am pleased with it. I requested the book be sent to arrive a week later. But the seller would not grant my request because it would affect their rating. It was sent Royal Mail tracked and I requested a redelivery date. This is not guaranteed and Royal Mail left it out side my house for 5 days where it got wet. Luckily it’s dried out with no damage. Speed is not always required

      Ordered this mid June, box arrived with around 40 of the books being Christmas themed!! I was disappointed by this so reached out to the seller who offered to send out a new box for free as a gesture of good will. I accepted this but since then I've had no box of books and no replies to my messages.. it has now been over a month!! Will not be purchasing from them again and advise others to purchase elsewhere as they will make promises they don't intend to keep.

As a small business with minimal profit margins, we can’t keep sending free boxes until a customer is happy. All books are checked to be in good+ condition.
