The tape was all over the body of the printer, and when you remove the tape, it leaves a terrible mark on the printer. I contacted the seller and sent a photo of the damage, and the seller granted me a partial refund. I was not happy, but I was satisfied. human do make mistakes Good seller. I would buy from this seller again.
