    I 'won' the bidding on my purchase The sewing machine was well packed, in an original box, shipped quickly, and works. I had a question about the machine and reached out to the seller. Then, when I found a solution to the issue on my own, I wrote and informed them that I had fixed the issue on my own. I received no response to any of my messages. I won't recommend them for their poor communication, but the product I received is a positive outcome.

    My new favorite machine. I thought it would be intimidating but its not. Machine was listed as pre-owned but I am not sure it was ever used. What a deal! It did though arrive with out the foot pedal/plug but the vendor quickly responded and sent one. Great experience, and great service. Thank you!
