      Most of the kit arrived quickly thanks the missing thermometer arrived about a week later. whilst the items in the it were sealed and unused, it had clearly been opened and the box not properly closed due to the missing part. It therefore should. not have been described as new (unopened, un damaged). that being said I've now made my first batch of cheese!
