It was well packaged in bubble wrap that was taped, but it also wasn't wrestling a polar bear to get it out of the packing either. The laptop is as described and I am very happy with the product. I can't believe I got a laptop with these specs for the price of a new Chromebook (that will be obsolete in six months). Would definitely consider using this seller again for electronic needs.
