The box arrived arrive at my door ripped and partially crushed with EBAY tape in all the wrong places. Without the seller taking the extra care packaging I may have had to make a claim. We use new boxes.I was prepared to file a claim with our 3rd party shipping insurance partner but after talking to you, GLAD the 4 layers of bubble wrap, padding, and packing peanuts allowed safe delivery.Going forward we’ll upgrade to Double-Walled Boxes for international purchases, should we accept them.
