Boat needs: survey,cleaning,upholstery,new safety rails . The rigging is more than ten years old. Surveyor will tell you it needs to be replaced because of its age, but seems functional. Wood below is fantastic. The wood on deck needs varnish. Engine is in full working order. Loads of storage! Sleeps 10,has a work bench/workshop room. This boat was inherited from my father who was a boatbuilder/sailor and very handy. There are MANY unknowns. I can must sell!!! ASAP!The price should reflect this. This is very far away (St. Geoerges, Grenada) and you must be a serious buyer. The boat IS HUGE and sits high on the water. You must be fit enough to get on board from a dinghy. There have only been two people who have gone to look at her were too unfit (one was disabled) to handle a boat this size. It would make an excellent charter for someone who could invest in bringing her up to excellent condition.”
