Sold me a vendor-locked CPU which is essentially a paperweight. I was told by seller that they did not test these CPUs and simply received them from a "vendor". Seller was unable to confirm the origin of these CPUs (e.g. if they came from Lenovo computers). It really rubs me the wrong way that all these tech "recycling" companies have no idea what they're doing.
