The trailer detached from the hook, even though I did everything on order. The seller refuse to take any responsability and blame me or the trailer for it. Bas way to do business

If the trailer detached from the Hitch Hook then there would have been some type of damage on the Hitch. However, the pin that locks the hook was unharmed or even bent and the hitch was not broken. So the question is, how would the trailer detach from the hitch directly from where it was connected without any damage to the hitch?
