Internal parts move ok and fills with ink alright. Despite putting good ink in it it leaked quite a bit and upsettingly got stuck in the barrell of my pen, I read the description before buying this and bought it specifically because I believed it would fit my pen, needs a pen with a wider barrell. Now I need to go and find a pair of small pliers to get it out.
