This was not the seller's fault. The item got seized by customs in the seller's country & destroyed. For some reason it didn't passed customs/air-safety requirements. This seems a random thing, because I've incurred it before, then other times, the items come through OK. Seller was prompt in refund & fairly prompt in communication. Appreciated.
