Item never arrived. Contacted seller asked to contact the courier service. When I eventually got a straight answer on who the domestic service they'd used I found they'd delivered it to god only knows where. The courier service asked me to contact the seller to put in a claim against the missing item. Long chain of messages explaining I hadn't received the item and showing the delivery proof wasn't my address they "agreed" to resend the parcel. 2 months ongoing, I still haven't received an item.
