I paid £7.00 postage so that I would receive the DVD player by Thursday 11th May. It is now Friday 12th May 17:47 and I have just seen on DPD website that they have just received the package and it will be delivered on Monday 15th May. I sent a message earlier via ebay and as yet I haven't received a reply. I would expect a full refund of the postage. As I haven't received the DVD player I have no idea what condition it is in. Not very good Customer Service.
