How sad that this buyer has seen fit to leave negative feedback. Book was bought on a bank holiday weekend with no mail service so I posted it on the Tuesday. Royal Mail delivered it on the Thursday then the fo.lowing Sunday the buyer claimed not to have received it. I immediately issued a full refund and also sent off a replacement book. Thus, the buyer received two books as well as a full refund but still thought it right to leave me negative feedback.
