This was a weird one, customs basically ate my mail. However, the seller was amazing at taking the reigns and keeping updating as to what his actions were going to be from the get go. I was patient since this was neither parties fault. I hope Ebay and Royal Mail are fair to seller and do not penalize as he was above and beyond courteous and prime example of the kind of sellers you want on your platform.
