Buenas tardes, cualquiera que se pare a pensarlo un minuto se dará cuenta que si compra un artículo por 1,69 euros no habrá ningún seguimiento porque la única forma de enviarlo por ese precio es una carta ordinaria que ya casi es un euro. Por tanto comprendemos su enfado si no le ha llegado, pero si no nos avisa como pretende que lo solucionemos? no somos adivinos y no tenemos ningún problema en enviarle otro o abonarle el que compró, pero evidentemente si no nos avisa no podemos hacer nada.
