Received item sooner than I expected, and it was very lightweight (that's what I was hoping for.). It did spring a tiny leak about an hour after hooking it to the spigot. I contacted the company and my email was answered very quickly by a very helpful girl by the name of Katy. She sent out a new hose right away. (Which by the way has worked great... No leaks!).
