I made the payment, 2 weeks passed, the goods were not sent! Throughout the time, I wrote 6 times to the seller, in response promised to send, but nothing happened! I wasted half a month of my time!

Dear max, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the disruption of the shipping industry. After checking our records, your ordered lens was dispatched on the 18th October, one day after receiving your payment. However, the airway bill number was not showing updates in one week time, a case was opened with DHL right after that. Unfortunately they failed to locate the shipment, thus, a full refund was issued to you on 1st November.
