Ho dovuto contattare io le poste e la dogana diverse volte. Mi sono dovuta procurare un modulo per lo sdoganamento dovendo dichiarare cosa il pacco contenesse senza averne la certezza del contenuto!!!! Ho sollecitato io la lavorazione della pratica e il 14 luglio ho dovuto pagare altri 12€ per ritirarlo
