This seller does not send items in a timely fashion. I live in the same state and it took about two weeks to get the item. The seller stated they do not pack the items and the seller makes the purchaser feel like they are imposing when questions are asked. The entire interaction with this seller was a negative experience and I would not recommend this seller if you are expecting to get your item in a timely fashion.

This buyer received a special discount and she failed to read the processing time so she was upset because her $14 mug was not shipped immediately as she was probably expecting a speedy delivery. We explained that for smaller items we hire a special shipping office, but she still was trying to tell us how to run our business and we were very professional in ignoring her arguments. She received her order on time and her negative feed back was totally irrelevant to our service.
