    I have no control over the United States Postal Service. You got the key AND a refund. Hard to believe you still posted a negative review - I knew these kinds of buyers were out there /but I now see how lucky I had been not to deal with any before now. This isn't a business for me - it was more of a hobby and a sense of obligation for having vintage, hard-to-find items people might be looking for. I have decided to take a break from selling after this. no need for negativity
