    I paid for postage for parcel to be delivered by 2nd May. No notification to say it would be late and no Royal Mail hadn’t updated tracking details on website. It arrived 11.40 on Friday by which time we had already left for weekend with no gift for party tonight. Not happy.

    the item was paid for on a Sunday and i posted it On monday morning at 9.06am At no stage did the buyer request or emailed that the item had to be there by 02/05/24 It was delivered at 11.40am on the 03/05/24 It was a tracked delivery and the buyer would be able to see the day of delivery. however instead of contacting me they just opened a case for late delivery I even emailed the buyer and offered a full refund once the item was returend but no response Instead a negative feedback was left
