    Vintage germanium transistors , nowadays hard to get for a fair price. After some innitial delay in shipping because of network problems they arrived quick and still timely. Transistors are all ok but my transistor tester is having real issues with correctly measuring them. It appears as if they have an embedded reverse diode like mosfets do have. Some are measuring as NPN instead of PNP still with the reverse body diode, but all werk as PNP Ge transistors. Recommended seller.

    Hello Thank you. Beware of transistors for the measurement of germanium transistors. Especially if of power. The right measure is preferably to make a simple assembly by flying. A + 12V on the Emitter other - on the collector in series with a 0/5 amp ampermeter then a 1K resistor between the base and the Emitter and ailso resistor of 330 Ohms between the - (negative) and the base. The measurement of the IC current makes it possible to determine the correct operation. For gain, measure
