It actually created a new problem; shaking and stalling at a stop sign. The rebuilt shift solenoid is probably fine, the transmission has 141,000 miles on it since a rebuild at 160K. No transmission shop in my area will touch it since it is an E4OD and pre 1996 and OBD1. I don't know if it is the wiring or what. I'll probably put the old unit back in at some point.
